CBG Sourcing 2-Pack Injection Epoxy Cartridges feature Polygem Liquid Concrete Repair (LCR), low-viscosity structural epoxy injection resin for concrete crack repair jobs or for replenishing an existing injection setup. Each bundle includes two 10 fl. oz. co-axial cartridges designed for use with a standard 10 oz. caulking gun after internal mixing—no specialized dual-cylinder injection gun required.
Polygem Liquid Concrete Repair is a 100% solids, two-component, moisture-insensitive epoxy designed to restore structure and design strength to cracked concrete. The 580 cps low-viscosity formula has excellent wetting properties that help it penetrate tight cracks as narrow as 0.005 in. for deep internal bonding. It can be used for structural crack repair in basement foundations, poured concrete walls, slabs, patios, sidewalks, balconies, parking decks, reservoirs, tanks, pools, and other cracked concrete surfaces.
Unlike surface patch products that only cover the face of a crack, this injection epoxy is designed to penetrate the crack itself. Once cured, the material provides excellent adhesion to concrete, wood, fiberglass, and metal, with manufacturer technical data listing 7,908 PSI compressive strength, 5,868 PSI tensile strength, no VOCs, no solvents, and very low shrinkage.
How It Works
Important Application Notes
Judy - "We applied this to a crack in our basement. It is the best thing we have found for sealing a crack in a wall. Would definitely recommend this for problem in basement wall!"
PSC- "Worked great would purchase again."
Eric Rivera - "Arrived on time, worked great for intended purpose. Only needed to be applied one in basement for a leak, easy to use, adhesive holding great, worth every penny."
Tea - "Parents’ concrete bi/level four foot wall had a big crack when wall was opened up due to buckets of rain water coming in during multiple rain days. We used this product and if you watch the video and do exactly as it says you will be successful. Make sure that you have enough epoxy product if your crack goes all the way through the concrete. They needed three tubes for four feet. Not sure if it will work as it hasn’t rained enough.
R.E. - GREAT PRODUCTS!
Dave L - "If you need to structurally fill a crack in a concrete wall, this is exactly the right product to use. I recommend this product and would use it again."
Maria A . - "This product goes on thicker - Whether small or large cracks, this mixture of A & B works well. It is thicker but still goes on cement walls, floors indoors or outdoors area of concrete. Heads up! This product is not made to pour as some products do."
ed - "Works as expected - I ordered this to apply on a 1/4" crack on the exposed foundation in my garage. The crack runs through the entire wall which is about 1' high. I covered the rear of the wall with cardboard so that the epoxy would not leak out the back. I inserted 3 of the injection ports into the crack and covered the rest with cardboard. Using my caulking gun I injected the epoxy mix into the ports starting from the bottom port. The smell from this is pretty strong so I had a fan blowing air across my work area. I let this sit for a couple days before removing the carboard. The epoxy worked in filling the crack and feels solid."
Robert - "Easy to use and it worked so far."
Lesa - "It sealed my wall great."
Logan - "Product was great overall. Used for a crack in my foundation that was leaking, got a couple of inches of rain days after the repair in the basement. Stay dry."
Cecilia - "Good for small jobs, holds good, and since instructions are simple, you can fix everything yourself. I highly recommend."
Judith - Worked very well. Would definitely buy again."
