CBG SOURCING® Surface Injection Ports give you a clean, no-drill way to set up low-pressure epoxy injection on cracks in poured concrete walls, foundations, basements, and slabs. This pack contains 200 white chemical-resistant non-reactive plastic ports (2 x 100-packs), each with an attached cap.
Port size: each port is approximately 1-1/2 in (39 mm) tall with a 1-1/8 in (29 mm) four-hole base.
How they are used: clean the crack, then mount the ports along it with surface-seal epoxy paste, keeping the center hole clear. Seal the crack surface between the ports with the same paste. After the paste cures, inject the repair epoxy through the ports. On vertical cracks, start at the lowest port; when epoxy appears at the next port up, cap the port you are injecting and move to the next one. Follow the epoxy manufacturer's instructions for preparation, port spacing, injection, and curing.
In the box: 200 white surface injection ports with attached caps (2 x 100-packs). Injection epoxy, surface-seal paste, and caulking gun are sold separately.
