The LCR Medium Viscosity Injection Epoxy is a 100% solids, two-component liquid epoxy that is moisture insensitive and designed to permanently restore structural strength to concrete, wood, fiberglass, and metals. Its unique wetting properties allow maximum penetration into cracks as small as 0.005 inches. The handy 10-ounce cartridge mixes easily before use and fits most standard caulking guns. (Best when used with LCR Crack Sealer Paste)
Remove loose or flaking concrete with a wire brush. Remove dirt, grease, flaking paint, or other contaminants that may affect the adhesion of the epoxy.
For injecting the LCR Epoxy Cartridge into foundation cracks, the LCR Epoxy Repair Paste and LCR Injection Ports are required.
This product produces a tough, permanent bond within 24 hours, with full curing achieved from 24 to 48 hours.
I sealed and filled a couple of cracks in my foundation using this kit. I hate to give a rating on its effectiveness because I may never know how well it works. But that being said it was very easy to use, didn't have a terrible noxious smell as many do and was reasonably priced. If my repair ends up leaking I will update this review otherwise thumbs up.
Whether small or large cracks, this mixture of A & B works well. It is thicker but still goes on cement walls, floors indoors or outdoors area of concrete. Heads up! This product is not made to pour as some products do.
I ordered this to apply on a 1/4" crack on the exposed foundation in my garage. The crack runs through the entire wall which is about 1' high. I covered the rear of the wall with cardboard so that the epoxy would not leak out the back. I inserted 3 of the injection ports into the crack and covered the rest with cardboard. Using my caulking gun I injected the epoxy mix into the ports starting from the bottom port. The smell from this is pretty strong so I had a fan blowing air across my work area. I let this sit for a couple days before removing the carboard. The epoxy worked in filling the crack and feels solid.
great product read the instructions let it cure longer the better stoped the leak
