Polygem Liquid Concrete Repair Injection Epoxy Bundle – Part A Resin & Part B Hardener with 7 Injection Ports
This bundle contains two essential items for concrete crack repair: one LCR Injection Epoxy Cartridge plus one 7-Pack of Injection Ports explicitly designed for the Polygem LCR system. The LCR Medium Viscosity Epoxy is a 100% solids, two-component liquid epoxy that is moisture insensitive and designed to permanently restore structure and design strength to concrete, wood, fiberglass, and metals. The cartridge can be used with any standard caulking gun.

Product Overview:
LCR Injection Epoxy Cartridge (10 Ounce): Contains Part A Resin and Part B Hardener that mix directly within the cartridge.
7-Pack Injection Ports: Designed to straddle concrete cracks up to 1/8-inch wide and can be adhered to the concrete surface using the 2-part LCR Epoxy Repair Paste.

Surface Preparation & Application:
Surface Prep: Remove loose or flaking concrete with a wire brush. Remove dirt, grease, flaking paint, or other contaminants that may affect the epoxy's adhesion.
Secure injection ports on top of the crack using LCR Epoxy Repair Paste. Allow curing for 12-24 hours before injecting the epoxy.
The ports have holes on the bottom to assist in firmly securing to the surface using LCR Epoxy Repair Paste.
Mix the two-part epoxy right inside the cartridge. Follow directions carefully and wear hand and eye protection.
Inject the mixed epoxy using any standard caulking gun. Dispense the product within 30 minutes of mixing to avoid hardening.
Allow 48 hours for the epoxy to harden fully. This produces a tough, permanent, waterproof bond.
