Polygem LCR Epoxy Repair Paste for Port Mounting and Crack Sealing (Part A & Part B)

Prepare concrete cracks for epoxy injection with Polygem LCR Epoxy Repair Paste. This two-component paste secures injection ports and seals the crack surface before injection with LCR resin.

Product Features

• Port mounting and surface sealing: Holds injection ports in place and forms a surface seal for the injection process.
• Equal-volume mixing: Mix Part A and Part B at a 1:1 ratio by volume, following the manufacturer's instructions.
• Additional repair uses: Suitable for bonding, patching, anchoring, and grouting as directed in the technical bulletin.
• Finish after curing: Can be sanded and painted after the specified cure period.

Part A and Part B epoxy repair paste, with a combined net weight of 2 lb. Injection resin, ports, and application tools are sold separately.

Application Guidance

Apply to clean, dry surfaces. Keep injection openings clear when mounting ports. Follow the manufacturer's temperature limits and application-specific curing instructions before injecting resin, finishing, or placing the repair into service.

Safe Handling

Read the labels and Safety Data Sheets for both components before use. Use suitable protective gloves, protective clothing, and eye/face protection, with adequate ventilation. Avoid skin and eye contact and breathing dust or vapors. Part B is harmful if swallowed or in contact with skin; both components can cause irritation and allergic skin reactions.
