Polygem LCR Epoxy Repair Paste for Port Mounting and Crack Sealing (Part A & Part B)

At a Glance

• Best For: Mounting injection ports and temporarily sealing the crack surface before LCR resin injection on walls. Also used for bonding, patching, anchoring, and grouting. Surface: dry and free of contaminants; do not install on damp or wet surfaces.
• Skill Level: DIY. Mix 1A:1B by volume until streak-free and apply with a mixing stick or putty knife.
• What’s Included: 1 lb (454 g) tub of Part A + 1 lb (454 g) tub of Part B, 2 lb (907 g) combined net weight. Same paste as in the Polygem LCR Concrete Crack Repair Kit. Resin, ports, and tools are sold separately.

Key Features

• High-strength, two-component, moisture-insensitive epoxy paste.
• Port mounting: fill the small holes in the port base but keep the large center hole open. Allow ports to tack up for at least 30–90 minutes (depending on room temperature) before sealing along the crack line. Then seal around the bases and along the crack.
• Spacing: first port 6 in (152 mm) from the floor, max 12 in (305 mm) apart, paste band at least 2 in (51 mm) wide.
• Removing excess paste after full cure: sanding/grinding with 80 grit or lower, or a heat gun on low to soften it, then scrape.
