Polygem LCR Liquid Concrete Repair Injection Ports, 8-Pack with Attached Caps

Designed for use with the Polygem LCR Industrial Strength Epoxy Injection System, these injection ports allow for the precise delivery of liquid epoxy directly into wall cracks. Secure the ports using LCR Epoxy Repair Paste for a reliable and effective repair solution.

Product Overview:

  • For Use with LCR 10-Ounce Injection Epoxy: Delivers liquid epoxy directly into the wall crack.
  • Secure Mounting: Seal each port on top of the crack using LCR Epoxy Repair Paste without covering the crack itself.
  • Attached Cap: Each port includes a cap for sealing once the epoxy resin rises and flows from the port, ensuring proper injection.

Key Features:

  • Holes at the port base assist in mounting with Epoxy Paste.
  • Designed specifically for use with the Polygem Liquid Concrete Repair (LCR) system.
  • Fits the Polygem LCR Liquid Concrete Repair Epoxy Injection Cartridge nozzle.
  • The base of each port has holes that allow LCR Epoxy Repair Paste to hold securely against the surface when cured.
  • Attached cap ensures that the port can be sealed properly once epoxy is injected.

Instructions for Use:

  1. Affix the port to the surface of the crack using LCR Epoxy Repair Paste, ensuring it straddles the crack.
  2. Take care not to block the hole at the base of the port during mounting.
  3. Follow all directions carefully, including allowing the Epoxy Repair Paste to cure for 12-24 hours before injecting liquid epoxy.
  4. After completing the epoxy injection process, the ports can be removed by striking them with a hammer.

Safety Tips:

  • Always use eye and hand protection while mixing Epoxy Repair Paste and injecting LCR Injection Epoxy.
  • Follow all product instructions and safety guidelines for best results.

This is an exclusive Polygem LCR product, designed to work seamlessly with your LCR Liquid Concrete Repair system for professional-grade repairs.
