This CBG Sourcing refill pack includes three Polygem LCR epoxy injection cartridges for concrete crack injection repairs. Each cartridge contains resin and hardener for mixing before dispensing with a standard caulking gun.

Sold separately: Injection ports, mounting/sealing paste, a caulking gun, surface-preparation tools, and protective equipment.

Application Guidance

Follow the manufacturer’s surface-preparation and cartridge-mixing instructions. For port-based repairs, keep injection openings unobstructed and allow the mounting and sealing paste to cure as directed before injecting resin.

Inject each mixed cartridge within 30 minutes. Mix only the cartridge you are ready to use. Observe the separate application-temperature and curing requirements for the resin and mounting paste. Material requirements and repair performance depend on crack dimensions, substrate condition, and installation.

Read the product labels and Safety Data Sheets before use. The hardener can cause severe skin burns and eye damage. Use suitable protective gloves, protective clothing, and eye/face protection, and provide adequate ventilation. Avoid skin contact and breathing vapors or mist.
