Polygem LCR Epoxy Injection Resin Cartridge (10 fl oz)

Polygem LCR is a two-component epoxy injection resin designed to bond cracked concrete and restore structural strength when correctly applied. This 10 fl oz cartridge contains resin and hardener and dispenses using a standard caulking gun after mixing according to the cartridge instructions.

Application Guidance

Prepare the surface and mix the cartridge according to the manufacturer’s instructions. For port-based repairs, keep port openings unobstructed and allow the mounting and sealing paste to cure as directed before injecting resin.

Inject the mixed cartridge resin within 30 minutes. Observe the manufacturer’s application-temperature and curing requirements, and allow the resin to cure fully before returning the repair to service. Material requirements and repair performance depend on crack dimensions, substrate condition, and installation.

Safe Handling

Read the product labels and Safety Data Sheets before use. The hardener can cause severe skin burns and eye damage. Use suitable protective gloves, protective clothing, and eye/face protection, and provide adequate ventilation. Avoid skin contact and breathing vapors or mist.
