Polygem LCR Surface Injection Ports with Caps (50-Pack)

At a Glance

• Best For: Concrete wall cracks and horizontal slab cracks, mounted with LCR Epoxy Repair Paste on clean, dry concrete.
• Horizontal cracks: Surface ports may be used to help direct LCR injection epoxy into a horizontal crack, but they are not always necessary. The low-viscosity epoxy can also be injected directly into the crack and flow downward under gravity as it fills. Before injecting, seal both ends of the crack with repair paste to prevent epoxy from flowing out.
• Coverage: Each 10 fl oz (296 mL) cartridge fills about 4 ft of a 1/16 in crack through a 6 in (152 mm) thick slab, or about 2 ft of a 1/8 in crack. Wider cracks, thicker slabs, or voids use more material.
• Skill Level: DIY or Pro (bulk quantity for multiple repairs and contractor supply). Mount with repair paste per the Polygem instructions.
• What’s Included: 50 white surface injection ports + 50 caps. Resin, paste, and tools are sold separately.

Key Features

• White ports, approx. 1-1/2 in (39 mm) tall, on a 1-1/8 in (29 mm) four-hole base, made of chemical-resistant non-reactive plastic. The base holes help the paste grip the concrete.
• Made to work with the Polygem LCR 10 fl oz (296 mL) injection cartridge.
• Caps close each port during injection, per the resin instructions.
• Coverage guide: at the Polygem max spacing of 12 in (305 mm), 50 ports cover about 49 ft (14.9 m) of crack between the first and last port. Actual spacing depends on the crack.
• Removal: “After repair has been made and the injection resin has fully cured for 48 hours the injection ports must be removed. The ports may be knocked off with a pallet knife and hammer or by using an oscillating multi-tool at their base.”
