• Two 10 fl oz Polygem LCR epoxy injection cartridges containing resin and hardener.

• Three mixing sticks.

Required separately: A standard caulking gun, surface-preparation tools, and any additional protective equipment specified by the product labels and Safety Data Sheets.

Application Guidance

Follow the separate manufacturer instructions for the injection cartridges and repair paste. Mix the paste in equal volumes of Parts A and B. Keep port openings unobstructed, and allow the mounting and sealing paste to cure as directed before injecting resin.

Mix each injection cartridge according to its package instructions and inject the mixed resin within 30 minutes. Observe each product’s surface-preparation, application-temperature, and curing requirements. Repair performance and material requirements depend on crack width, depth, substrate condition, and installation.

Safe Handling

Read both products’ labels and Safety Data Sheets before use. The injection-resin hardener can cause severe skin burns and eye damage. Use suitable protective gloves, protective clothing, and eye/face protection, and provide adequate ventilation. Avoid skin contact and breathing vapors or mist.
