Crack Width & Coverage Guide

• Crack Width Suitability: Engineered for cracks approximately 1/16 in. (1.6 mm) to 1/8 in. (3.2 mm) wide in poured concrete walls and slabs.
• Single Cartridge (10 fl oz (296 mL)) Coverage:
  • Fills approx. 4 linear feet (1.2 m) of a 1/16 in. (1.6 mm) crack in a standard 6 in. (152 mm) thick wall.
  • Fills approx. 2 linear feet (0.6 m) of a 1/8 in. (3.2 mm) crack in a standard 6 in. (152 mm) thick wall.
  • Note: Wider cracks, thicker foundation walls, or unseen internal voids will require additional resin.
• Complete Kit (2 Cartridges) Coverage:
  • Repairs up to 8 linear feet (2.4 m) of a 1/16 in. (1.6 mm) crack (ideal for typical 8 ft. (2.4 m) basement wall joints).

Key Features

• A complete port-injection system. The paste mounts the ports and seals the crack surface; the resin bonds the crack from inside.
• Port spacing: first port 6 in (152 mm) from the floor, then ports no more than 12 in (305 mm) apart, paste band at least 2 in (51 mm) wide centered on the crack.
• Allow ports to tack up for at least 30–90 minutes (depending on room temperature) before sealing along the crack line. Inject each mixed cartridge within 30 minutes.
• Removal: “After repair has been made and the injection resin has fully cured for 48 hours the injection ports must be removed. The ports may be knocked off with a pallet knife and hammer or by using an oscillating multi-tool at their base.”
