CBG Sourcing Shipping & Payment Policy

CBG Sourcing currently ships eligible website orders only to physical street addresses within the contiguous United States. Please review our shipping and payment policy below before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 0–1 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders received by 4:00 PM ET may be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders received after 4:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

CBG Sourcing offers free standard shipping on eligible products shipped to physical street addresses within the contiguous United States.

We may ship orders using UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another available carrier, depending on the product, destination, carrier availability, and shipping restrictions.

Standard transit time after shipment is typically 2–5 business days. Including order processing time, orders typically arrive within approximately 2–6 business days after the order is placed, excluding holidays, carrier delays, weather, address issues, and other events outside our control.

Delivery dates shown at checkout or provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Restrictions

CBG Sourcing currently ships eligible website orders only to physical street addresses within the contiguous United States.

We do not currently ship website orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or DPO addresses.

Some epoxy or chemical-based products may be subject to carrier, destination, or regulatory restrictions. If an item cannot be shipped to the address provided, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.

P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and DPO Addresses

CBG Sourcing does not currently ship website orders to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or DPO addresses.

Some products we sell may be subject to shipping restrictions because they include epoxy, chemical-based, or regulated materials. For that reason, we currently limit website shipping to eligible physical street addresses within the contiguous United States.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking information is usually available within one business day after shipment, but carrier updates may take additional time to appear.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@cbgsourcing.com or 706-956-4278. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing or shipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once the carrier accepts an order, the carrier controls delivery timing and handling.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at info@cbgsourcing.com. We will help review the issue and work with the carrier when appropriate.

For damaged shipments, please keep all packaging materials and damaged items. We may request photos to help evaluate the issue and support any carrier claim or replacement review.

Photos may include:

• the outside of the package;
• the shipping label;
• the damaged packaging;
• the damaged item;
• the interior packaging materials.

After we review the information, we will let you know the next steps. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, a refund, a carrier claim, or another resolution consistent with our return policy and applicable law.

International Shipping

CBG Sourcing does not currently offer international shipping.

Payment Methods

CBG Sourcing accepts the payment methods shown at checkout. All prices and charges are shown in U.S. dollars.

Your order total, including product price, applicable taxes, and any shipping charges, will be shown before you submit payment.

CBG Sourcing does not add recurring charges or subscription fees unless they are clearly disclosed before purchase.

Payment Security

Payments are processed through the secure checkout options available on our website. Please do not send payment card information by email.
