CBG Sourcing Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with CBG Sourcing. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Return Window

Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused, unopened condition and returned with its original packaging, labels, instructions, accessories, and any included components. Proof of purchase or an order number may be required.

Return Authorization Required

Before sending any item back, please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without an RMA may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.

Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail only. CBG Sourcing does not currently accept in-store returns or returns at a drop-off location.

Return Shipping

For standard returns that are not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for obtaining the return shipping label. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking.

If the return is due to an incorrect item, defective product, or another issue caused by CBG Sourcing, contact us before shipping the item back so we can review the issue and provide instructions.

Non-Returnable or Restricted Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

• items that have been opened, used, mixed, installed, damaged, altered, or partially consumed;
• epoxy, paste, chemical, or repair products that are no longer in their original sealed condition;
• items missing original packaging, labels, instructions, accessories, or components;
• gift cards;
• items marked final sale, clearance, or non-returnable on the product page.

For safety, quality, and resale reasons, opened or used repair products may not be accepted for return, unless otherwise required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@cbgsourcing.com. When possible, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue promptly.

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items. We may request photos of the package, shipping label, damaged packaging, damaged item, and interior packing materials to help evaluate the issue and support any carrier claim or replacement review.

Inspection and Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the return is approved.

If approved, refunds are generally processed within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by law.

Return Inspection and Ineligible Items

CBG Sourcing does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

However, we may deny a return or issue only a partial refund if the returned item is not received in eligible condition, is missing components, is damaged, or shows signs of use, unless otherwise required by law.

Exchanges

CBG Sourcing does not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, contact us and we will help determine the best next step. In many cases, the fastest option is to place a new order and return the eligible original item for a refund.
